This is the Chef Skills way. Our professional chefs travel to your camp or venue, bring all the food and equipment, and cook every meal for your group — breakfast through to dinner. You don't need a hospitality background, a camp kitchen or a single cooking volunteer.

For outback tours, budget-focused trips or programs where your team prefers to cook themselves, we also offer a supply-and-support model. We design the menu, source all the ingredients, and deliver pre-prepped food to your camp with detailed recipe cards scaled for your group size.
Every meal comes with a step-by-step recipe card (scaled for 1 / 10 / 25 / 50 pax) and a dietary management card so your volunteers know exactly what to cook and for whom.
