How does it work?

Chef Skills Catering are with you every step, beginning with menu creation specific to your requirements. We then organise and deliver the highest quality food for your menu. We supply you with dietary guides and recipe cards to follow, and ongoing support to ensure your event is a success!

By supplying easy to follow instruction booklets we will give you the confidence in your own “Chef Skills” to prepare, cook and serve the food to your group, and take the guess work out of meal preparation.

There is the option of adding a Chef to your school camp, school trip, camp or event for an added fee.

We Offer

Menu Creation

We work with you to create a menu that fits your criteria and requirements. We have a solution for all major dietaries without anyone feeling that they are missing out. Our menus are diverse and guaranteed to suit everybody's tastebuds.

Ordering and Storage

Once we have established your menu, you provide us with your numbers and dietary requirements and we handle the ordering for you. All food items are sourced through reputable suppliers whom we have long-term relationships with. Once the food has arrived at our facility, it is stored in appropriate conditions until it is delivered to you.

Supporting Documents

We take the stress out of being creative and combining ingredients to make a dish. We provide fool-proof, easy to follow recipe cards suitable to everyone. You will feel comfortable in following the recipes and creating a meal. We also account for dietaries and let you know how to make meals whilst ensuring these dietary requirements are met.
